Where can I stay during the training?
Accomodation is included for the Full-time 30 day Yoga Teacher Training.
For the Part-time Yoga Teacher Training, the training will take place at the BloomYoga studio based in central Bayonne. The Basque Country is a beautiful part of the world, and we’re lucky at BloomYoga to have created a strong partnership with Beyond Biarritz to provide you with the option of staying in luxury apartments, right by the sea, during the BloomYoga Teacher Training. The cost of this accommodation is on top of your tuition fees. You can find out more information about this on our Optional Accommodation page, or contact Zoe at email@example.com.
Alternatively you can find your own accommodation during the Part-time Yoga Teacher Training. We recommend staying close by the BloomYoga studio for your convenience. The closest places to stay would be in Bayonne centre, or if you prefer to be by the beach you can also stay in Biarritz or Anglet. The most affordable accommodation will be with AirBnb, but there are also a number of cheap hotels nearby if you prefer that.
What will the training involve?
The Full-time Yoga Teacher Training will take place over a period of 30 days. Each day will include yoga, meditation and pranayama practice, as well as 4-6 lectures/practicum per day that will run you through the curriculum of the BloomYoga Teacher Training.
The Part-time Yoga Teacher Training will be split into 2 main sections; there will be The Introductory Week where you will spend one intense week at the studio, learning the foundations of the bulk of the training curriculum. Following that, the training will be resumed for one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) for a period of 6 months. These weekends will start on the Saturday morning, and finish on the Sunday evening. The training will involve a mixture of asana, lectures, and practicum.

What is the weather like in the Basque Country?
The Basque Country pretty much follows the seasons in terms of weather, but it’s good to be prepared for all weathers! In August it’s generally very hot, and it normally is nice sunny weather up until January, but from January till March it changes by the day! As mentioned, it’s good to be prepared for everything!
What kind of food is available?
During the Full-time 30 day Yoga Teacher Training, food will be catered and provided for you. This food will be organic, vegan and gluten-free.
For the Part-time Yoga Teacher Training; Bayonne is a small town, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around so you will have lots of choice! If you’re vegetarian, there are still plenty of options but be warned if you’re vegan.. There are not many vegan options, so we’d recommend getting a self-catering apartment so you can prepare your own food.
Are yoga mats and equipment provided?
Yes all yoga material will be provided by BloomYoga.
What is included in the cost?
Cost includes tuition, a manual and all materials, food and accommodation (if participating in the Full-time Yoga Teacher Training) and free classes at BloomYoga Studio 1 week before and after the training (including the 2 day weekend trainings).
Do I need a visa for France?
If you are living in the EU or are from an EU country, no visa is necessary. Outside of the EU, a visa may be necessary. You can look up whether or not you need a visa on the French Immigration website here
Do I need travel insurance?
BloomYoga recommends being comprehensively insured to cover all costs and consequences of medical treatment, repatriation, damage/theft/loss of personal belongings, recovery of course fees and flights booked in the event of cancellation or early departure.
What are the cheapest ways to travel there?
If you’re flying within Europe, there are EasyJet and Ryanair flights that fly directly into Biarritz airport. Flights into Bordeaux, Bilbao and Toulouse are also not too far. If you’re flying from outside the EU, you can catch a flight into Paris, and then look into a cheap flight with HOP or Ryanair into Biarritz. A SNCF train from Paris to Bayonne is also easy, and not too expensive. Travel within France is very affordable. There are budget airlines, buses, trains and car-pooling services available (check out blablacar.fr) at affordable costs.
